People have to see change in order to welcome it. And the best way to get a pulse on the overall strength and future prospects of an entire city is to focus on its downtown—the engine that runs it.  For this living machine to be successful, it’s not enough to hear from city officials or investors that they have a long-range plan. Hours spent on research can go by in a flash, and it really defeats the purpose to have real estate developers purchase land en bloc and not develop it. Read more>>
